This Angevin silver wine taster is from the 18th century, no doubt about its age. We find on the underside an ANGERS punch surmounted by a key, a goldsmith’s punch PC with a key in the middle that we have not identified, another date punch representing a crowned Q which would correspond to the punch used by the community goldsmiths from Angers between 1730 and 1732. Note also a hallmark inside the wine taster that we have not been able to identify. We find the same hallmarks on the handle, as well as a hallmark that we identified as a crayfish without certainty. It bears the Foulonneau engraving and a P hallmark next to the engraving, probably the name of the person to whom it was offered. We report bumps, rubbing, wear and scratches throughout. Everything is visible in the photos. The set, however, remains in good condition and weighs 53 grams. Our many photos allow you to appreciate the quality of the object. Feel free to zoom. The photos are an integral part of the description. Dimensions: Maximum height: 2 cm Diameter: 7.4 cm.
