This silver candleholder is from the Risler et Carré Paris manufacture from the 19th century. It weighs 356 grams It is a necessary office candle holder with scraper. It has a pyrogenic slot, the rest probably for a writing kit. It is beautifully made. Marking below: A. RISLER ET CARRE. Plus R&C diamond (silversmith) punch and neck brace punch. And hallmarked neck brace on the bobèche. Condition: Note scratches, minimal traces of wax in the receptacle. Dimensions: Height: 6.3 cm Width: 21 cm Depth: 15.8 cm.
