Vintage Design
Exceptional late 19th century cut glass vase with bronze mountings out of France dating from 1880/90. The large, beautiful shaped glass body shows incredible looking deep cutted designs and is surrounded by artfully made bronze mountings, all made with highest attention to details. The one of a kind base with four delicate, open worked feet is connected to two long amazing designed handles that are mounted on a brass ring with lovely embossed flowers and leaves. The absolute highlight are definitely the both fantastic worked angel or puti heads with wings which seem to „fly“ around the vases neck. A real eye-catching, very decorative rare 19th century french glass vase coming from a smalll castle in South France.
